• FREE Standard Shipping

  Free standard shipping is available for all EU (except*) orders over 50 EUR.

  Please note: Free shipping does not apply to discounted or sale items (e.g., Black Friday promotions).

• STANDARD shipping
  Slovenia & EU Countries
  Standard GLS shipping starts from 6 EUR, depending on the destination country.
  Non-EU European Countries and Islands*
  Shipping to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Cyprus, Greece, and Malta starts from 20 EUR via Pošta Slovenija or GLS, depending on the destination country.

• EXPRESS shipping
  DHL Express (1–3 Business Days)
  Available for all EU countries for a flat rate of 40 EUR, regardless of the number of items in your order.

PROCESSING TIME
Most EU-based orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24–48 hours for maximum efficiency.

Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery: 7–10 business days
Express DHL delivery: 1–3 business days (40 EUR flat rate)

Return Policy

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
  After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

• Returns do not apply to items purchased with a discount code or during sale promotions.

• All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, applied at our discretion.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
